Rationale There needs to be conformity at the level of semantic information models between GMES In-Situ data provision and corresponding environmental data themes in INSPIRE. Without the political commitment to this principal there will be no interoperability; but, with sufficient commitment, O&M offers a clear path forward.
Dependencies This level of coordination requires significant political commitment to the ideals of interoperability between the JRC and GMES leaders.
